Agreed. It's not surprising at all since they don't want to manage a bunch of different contracts. However, I'm of the opinion (and I am a lawyer) that the contracts should then always be especially construed even more strict

I'm somewhat surprised Google hasn't taken the old Microsoft route of just charging per call for support on their free accounts. MS used to be $300 way back IIRC. Google could probably charge $500.

I will look into this. I do trust certain family members with access to my vault password, but the notification of access and ability to give access to a trusted third party (my lawyer) that is available with LP is very compelling.

I've love to switch away from LastPass. I switched to LastPass Families when it came out due to their "digital contingency plan" so family members (or the trusted family attorney) can get access to passwords rather convenient
