Sometimes you are forced to use it - e.g. Bun in Claude Code. I like Opus models, but can't run them outside of Claude Code/Bun in subscription models.

I’d really suggest to run Claude Code in a sandbox! Anthropic can’t be trusted. I run it on Mac with sandbox-exec. No access to AWS, database, pretty much just files in the current folder. Even if it goes rogue, it can’t do much harm.

I want only their model, the rest is just garbage. I used Opus with pi.dev, worked perfectly fine. Fast and does exactly what it needs to do. Claude Code is slow, sluggish, buggy. Why are you forcing me to use it? Why should I pay an order

It’s very simple. Everbody just wants to make money. Startups have nothing to do with innovation or making the world a better place. It feels like it’s about creating the bubble, inflating it and cashing out before it bursts.

You have to think longer term. Today’s 1Gbit is tomorrow’s 25GBit. It takes some time to actually install it. So, better to plan for the future.
