I haven't been here for very long, but I can't say it's a "common sight" to see flip phones at coffee shops. :) On a more serious note, I have to agree with the bit about being a "pro-dog" city. I am constantly amazed at the number of dogs

I remember commenting the story when the first release came out (IIRC it was just play/pause). I'm thrilled to see that this is still going, as there have been plenty of times I've ended up scrambling around for my Mac remote in the dark.

Is this really feasible? I don't fly a lot, but the last time I was at an airport, the only areas that invited you to sit down/have a meal were on the far side of the TSA checkpoint, etc.
