Hetzner includes 100GB on a SAN in a distinct datacenter with every dedicated plan (500GB is 10€, 10TB 80€.) Of course you could also push to Glacier, but that'll get counted in your outbound bandwidth (2€/TB after 20TB/mo)

The killer feature to me is scp completion, e.g. scp someuser@someserver:<tab> … will ssh into the server, fetch the file list and offer it for completion locally (granted you have set up public key authentication)
