I'd love to use managed accounts to white label my onboarding, but I don't think my users will be able to absorb the 0.5% and our margins are far too low to do it for them. I don't really need control over the transfer schedu

The design/dev/video costs were minuscule compared to the production costs.

The production + shipping costs were about $3 with a suggested price of $5. We also had an additional nag screen for people who put in $0.

Correct -- we used Stripe, which has a minimum charge of $0.50.
