   Take John Bogle’s advice. Buy a low cost S&P 500 fund from Vanguard, Schwab or Fidelity. You get diversification, low expenses, and low short term capital gains (relevant for taxable accounts).

   I tried it this week. Crispy and a little tart. I think slightly sweeter than Braeburn. I had read about it a few years ago.

   After watching the documentary Forks Over Knives and reading The China Study, I switched to a whole food plant based diet two years ago. The experimental, clinical, and epidemiological evidence convinced me of the danger of eating animal pr
