   That is not IMHO what he is trying to say, you don't shift the distribution, you measure if somebody passed a test. I the test is "passable" then one side of "distribution" is at least cut off. E.g. it's normal

   I am not sure, but if I remember correctly employer must prove they are not discriminating. And just because they are using AI they are not immune to litigation.

   I don't want to comment on GDPR, but you must be kidding with 'can just block'. Do you expect that average joe can do that ? It like saying, we don't need police you can simply defend your self.
