The OS does it by itself. It even includes an application so you can do it yourself if you want which is called "Disk Cleanup".

It's very difficult to find good laptops with 4:3 or even 16:10 screens these days. Heck, it's very difficult to find good monitors with aspect ratios other than 16:9!

Most Android apps use a handful of native code libraries which are bundled inside the apk. It's usual nowadays to only write the UI using Java and use C for the rest.

Decentralised services always come out years later centralised services are launched and their only raison d'etre is not having the rules of those services.
