The OS does it by itself. It even includes an application so you can do it yourself if you want which is called "Disk Cleanup".

It's very difficult to find good laptops with 4:3 or even 16:10 screens these days. Heck, it's very difficult to find good monitors with aspect ratios other than 16:9!

Most Android apps use a handful of native code libraries which are bundled inside the apk. It's usual nowadays to only write the UI using Java and use C for the rest.

If you can't see the difference between showing an ad and mining bitcoin using your visitors' computers without their knowledge, you deserved to lose half your visitors.

If this included they kind of code in a big % of websites, wouldn't this make the difficulty of getting new blocks so high that it would become an inefficient way of mining?

I on the other hand enjoy having high taxes (i.e. good services) and lower wages while the US creates all the products I need and it is them who are on the brink of a civil war over inequality.

Decentralised services always come out years later centralised services are launched and their only raison d'etre is not having the rules of those services.
