Keep the hot stuff on a nvme. Your archive on bigger drives next to it. Problem solved. If that's not enough use zfs with a nvme cache and add a few more sticks of ram I to it.

We autoscale our stuff. I need a /28 for one kubernetes cluster of 1-300 nodes and 1-4 ils for ingress. The ipv4 shortige definitely had a huge impact on those designs.

I would love to move to an area where I can afford a proper piece of land. The chances to find modern and interesting companies there is very unrealistic. Put there an co-working office and there will be fast internet and social noise.
