Excellent article . Few more that come to mind Think real carefully about breaking transactionality unless absolutely needed . It has been the single source of most problems i have seen over the past few years. Keeping 2 different systems

I was surprised how much cardio fitness improves by just losing weight. After losing close to 10 kgs I was able to run a 5K consistently 3 times a week and reached a respectable level of fitness for playing basketball
