lol they don't even offer good discounts/good money compared to their competitors and charge/upsell you with rediculous stuff like privacy protection which should be their responsibility, ssl certificates and what not

Thanks for suggestion, I will look into it. Yeah I too get the same vibe but I think domains auction in general is underserved market so I was thinking of creating a auctioning website with lower fees and commission, better customer servic

I will be using escrow.com in between won't they be responsible for tax laws. Also my website is just a platform for bidders and auction listers so they are the one's who will be paying taxes right? And regarding the taxes on fees

That's definitely an option I would add, where the auction lister can set a starting bid/minimum bidding and buy now price.
