Just looking at the examples, you can tell that they wouldn't compile: the other structs passed in don't derive the trait as well, nor implement it. It's really simple, not broken.

I have extreme test anxiety (part of my anxiety disorder). Even as a software engineer of 25+ years, I still fail live code tests more frequently than I like. I’m just happy that I don’t have to take them often.

Agreed with the settling lower down on the ladder. I’ve been all the way up (CTO) and found it be too stressful. I prefer to stay in engineering and not moving back into management.
