I agree but the premise of my comment was to take a deep hard look at reasons to use Twitter and then use it judiciously and with a purpose. Something similar to keep some time aside for just Twitter.

I do almost the same thing with pocket and GitHub. I use Pocket to save articles. I slack in tagging them but sometimes sit down and tag all the untagged items at once. About going back, I have recently started taking notes from them in a G

Use Pocket app ( https://getpocket.com/ ) It is available as browser extension and app. If you install it in chrome, a save to pocket link is shown next to each article header.

You can start with LaTeX templates from sharelatex.com. They have some really good templates.

The kelly-dunn CV is really good looking (4.5/5)and clean in HTML. PDF, not so much.
