Starcraft uses a mix of TCP and UDP[1]. I can't find the link now but I remember something about a late switch from TCP to UDP in the beta of the first StarCraft 2 game and some pretty unstable network gameplay while they were tweaking

Same here but i'm also curious how the new version of Protocol Buffers compares to Flat Buffers that Google released a few months ago. The flat buffers documentation explains fairly well why i should use that but why should i use proto

Visa have this (probably others too) that you can generate and either set a time or value limit on. Don't think you can set a monthly limit though unfortunately. They call it e-cards (in sweden at least).

Yes. That looks right. It's a completely different tax, if the employer didn't have to pay that to the government you'd have to renegotiate your salary to get any of it (because it's not part of your salary). But in Sweden you do negotiate

Well the state tax isn't as i said it, bjourne is correct about that part. I see that extra tax as money that if not for the tax would be part of my salary (at least some of it) because it's based on how much I earn, not how much I work or
