   No need to have every book loaded, only the top 50000~ read by people who would use that method of passphrase generation should work fine (and be feasible for almost everyone). Cryptonomicon would probably be in that list.

   I wonder if it would be more acceptable if instead of an extra cost it was a -$3 discount on a higher-by-default price

   Why would it be silly? If I have an ad that has double the average view time than other wouldn't it make sense to invest more in it and less in the second one?
