Yes. I've done it before with medical devices. Pharma is surprisingly similar, but there's more testing.

The truth is a lot less exciting. We got into YC and registered the company name that night, and the domain name was available. The Ro connection was pointed out later. If we are forced to rebrand, we will be more thoughtful.

Fair criticism. It is AI slop all the way down. The only thing we focused on was the clinical aspects of the onboarding and the technical ability to be able to legally write a prescription and make and ship drugs, which was very complicated

That's because the rails didn't really exist for hiring the kind of talent modern startups needed until recently. We've had about 10 developers in LATAM for 3-4 years and it's been a game changer for my companies.
