There's also other rights/benefits that come with it like implicit transfer of estate, access to a loved one in a hospital due to being "family", and ability to share insurance.

Most of the billionaire tech CEOs that I've seen get stock comp in RSUs which are taxed at time of vest. That may be different in other industries though.

It's unethical because of the downside asymmetry of the two scenarios. In one someone has made significant life changes and left guaranteed income. On the opposite side a business entity won't be able to best optimize profits.

Welp buying this immediately. I'm colorblind but dabble in some art and some design work and this will be super useful. I've found tools that will display rgb values, but translating that to a color mentally isn't particulary
