If you don't do it already, take regular breaks. That helped me recover from RSI. The difficult part is remembering to take regular breaks. I use a piece of software call Workrave and have been very satisfied with it.

I'm using it now. It is really snappy! There are bugs though. I'm using Debian Stretch. Right click menu doesn't work: it appears for a fraction of a second then disappears; so does the top-bar menu of LastPass plugin.
