   I happened to be in Vermont last week and was unaware of this change. I heard complaints from three separate people unprompted. It was a total dumpster fire put on top of a critical service.

   It has been my observation that those that retire without solid plans to keep busy 15-20 hours a week really do struggle. You have to be missed by people when you are sick or out of town. You have to have a reason to get out of bed. I think
