It would be pretty bad if it didn't activate immediately. This actually gives me more confidence in iOS. Any time the camera is accessed, even if for one frame, the light turns on and stays on even after you're done.

It's more about convention. Typically, PUT overwrites data, whereas POST adds data. If you PUT to /users/3 you overwrite a user, whereas if you POST to /users you add a user.

I'm doing what the parent comment suggested. The line of credit should be margin - you borrow against your stocks. If you use Fidelity, you can call them and ask them to lower your interest rate, and it can actually get really low.
