Depends really. I am the entire ops team for a non-profit volunteer org, I host their services on the cloud specifically so when something fails I don't have to do anything. Would much rather have a cloud computing company's ops

It has an annoying table of contents system that seems to move you to new urls constantly as you scroll up and down, so back just takes you to different parts of the page for a while till you finally leave.
