The opposite would be the intent and the goal. Align design system language WITH your spacer components ensuring strict adherence. Layout components work and they don't have performance issues.

Seems very disingenuous. The only thing on the list that's related to Vercel is the analytics platform. Even that is clearly listed as something you can leverage via your own provider.

My guess would be because it closes off maritime traffic, and they likely have decided on a metric that balances both the needs of the city and traveling boats.
