I'm on Ubuntu 26.04 and I feel it's made substantial improvements in that regard compared to 24.04. It does kill the offending process (well, its best guess at it) before it freezes for good.

since you seem to know better, id like to know on which dimensions you think canada is doing any better than usa in the past 10-15 years as whole, or even versus other g7. general employment? youth employment? labor participation? happiness
