This is more about the way of doing lockless data operations than specific data structures - look up the RCU pattern, there are good CPP talks by Fedor Pikus on it.

Love it! Thank you for creating this. Is there a way to add the bookmarklet to my toolbar instead of having it on the bookmarks toolbar which I keep hidden. EDIT: Also can I get to my home page when I click on Klobie than clicking on my use

Also, the new (now a few months old) Google finance UI as well. The charts are almost always broken, clicking on 1M will not show today's levels. And earlier I could just put a /FB or /GOOG in the URL to get to that page inst

Lots of them! Too many to count :( Depends on what you going for, the non expensive stuff is usually not that great and doesn't last long or smell very crass. Good resources to get more info - fragrantica and basenotes. If you want to

I interviewed with a company in San Jose for a job on Nov 16th last year. And guess when I got a answer back from them? Dec 23rd. Yep, that's right. And not like it was some big corporation or a shady company, its a legit publicly traded $2

Yep. Basically one sleep cycle is 90mins. So it just gives you 3-4 times based on minimum 2 cycles. Nothing fancy.

The latest book (4th edition) though a book in the same series is not exactly in the same vein as the earlier editions. It is toned down and uses Java. I would recommend the 3rd edition based on C or C++. If you are really new to data struc

Currently 1and1 is running a promo for $5 domains. They are pretty good generally. Nothing special though. Would recommend eurodns or namecheap.

Yep. Sumatra is great for snappy viewing. But do not print! What it does is convert whole pages in bitmaps and chokes the memory and the network. I would strong recommend PDF-Xchange. I was a heavy Foxit user, but then it became bloated too

Everybody is getting hung up on the price of this device, which I admit is high, but a comparison to the iPad's price is not fair. As stated below, the closest iPad is $730. Also the hardware is a generation and a half ahead of the iPad. Th
