I think they lost/overgrown competition. Other IDEs started to loose development speed and newer programs like sublime, atom and vscode are not comparable (they are more like improved vim + plugins experience than heavyweight IDE). I h

I do not want to defend cheating but I see 2 big issues which promotes this behavior. 1. Course was created to scale so cheating is super easy and harder to spot without side channel (common pool of multiple choice questions). Author fixed

I do not think that it is that easy. It is more like Russia does not respect international law so they will be cut from world economy as soon as it is possible. Sanctions cannot stop this war unless they will lead to coup or state collapse
