The name has nothing to do here, because companies are identified by NIP (tax id), so the name doesn't matter. Probably what you meant is that new company is created and it takes over business from the previous.

The incentive is to get paid and don't have any issues to handle. And it works - we rarely have any issues off-hours, and if there are any - we are sure to quickly get rid of the cause, so we can continue to get paid for being on call
