It means greedy people have too much cash and are still looking for investments. They are forced to put money into investments that are less than ideal. If something isn't worth it but you can't find anything else that is the case

Too many ideas, not enough time. It's fun building products or anything really. I couldn't imagine being on a product team for a single product that gets iterated marginally forever. Same with a company.
