E-Mail allows setting the From header to whatever you want. These mails won't have valid DKIM or SPF data because they're not sent through your mail server. There's nothing to worry about, it's just spam, your account is

I do this using Raycast, no matter which terminal emulator I'm using today (Terminal, Ghostty or Alacritty), I can just setup my global hotkey in Raycast and get the same "quake mode" everywhere.

This is exactly what I do as well. Instead of subscribing on YouTube, I just subscribe to the RSS feeds of channels I'm interested in and then use my feedreader to go through them channel by channel.
