Agree with the sentiment, but: "We are building applications that stop working the moment the server crashes or a credit card expires." This has been the case for way longer than openAI and Anthropic has been around with services

Does it also show usage? I think it's pretty ridiculous we have to install 3rd party packages/implement it ourselfs just to see how much gas is left in the tank basically. Or constantly check the usage tab on the web, but still.

Ruby fully typed would be awesome imo, but I know that goes against a lot of the fundamentals in the language. I just like the syntax and expressiveness of it, but coming from typescript, its just such a bad DX having to work in a large Rub

It's sort of like texas holdem. You can play your cards the right way and fold on the flop, then the river comes and it turns out you would have won if you stayed in the game and played 'foolishly'.

Well, to us, it means something of course. But to others, who knows? It's kinda naïv (and a bit cute) of us to just assume we can go ahead and start "owning" things in the universe now. But hey, maybe that's how it works
