   Spain changed the constitution in August 2011 https://www.theguardian.com/business/2011/aug/26/spain-const... It was to satisfy banks, but for the sake of your argumentation, they changed it.

   That is not true for Spain. Since the attacks on 11-M 2014 in Madrid, it is mandatory to provide in the local shop your National ID card or passport to activate any SIM card. But the verification is done by the shop attendant. Anyway, I do

   Yes, I do use git pull --rebase constantly when pairing. If everybody uses it, no problems, just simply works. I have been seen only issues and completely messed up git histories when some other colleague completely refused to do pull+rebas
