Whisper also manages to add punctuations, line breaks and can attribute the speech to a particular speaker. The YouTube version is all lower case and has no punctuation. That “simple” change would make things so much better in YouTube CC.

As a dev, high performance is velocity, number of bugs and cordial behavior. Additional parameters need to be considered for more senior roles like ownership, cross org influence, mentorship etc. It’s not rocket science.

I use a notepad to take notes. It offers degrees of freedom that nothing else can compare to including an iPad with a stylus. A text editor is extremely limiting.

Particle board may be dimensionally stable but is terrible in every other way- weak, poor water resistance and not durable. Sealing a hardwood with lacquer/sealer pretty much eliminates warping and cupping.
