No. What would be illogical is to assume that because Russia might be motivated to protest for the sake of propaganda, that it is not also, or instead, motivated by not wanting to lose access to a hypothetical backdoor.

Here's what a typical primary care physician will do: prescribe you non-stimulant ADHD medication with potentially terrible side effects and since those don't work for a lot of people, they will move on to prescribing amphetamines
