I have an older LG Smart TV. It was cheap and big. I have never plugged it into my network, never let it on my wifi. When I turn it on, it complains for 5 sec, then displays what's on hdmi1. Works for me.

Adding in longer intl shipping delays, and larger MOQs, and the whip effect gets way worse. On some things it feels like the whip broke and the two ends are flopping around independently.
