Think of it like FM radio. It's free for us to listen but we have to sit through advertisements. XM and sirius said hey, let's have people pay to listen, so don't have to make them sit through ads. Basically just a different biz model. T

I totally agree with the "negative people" part. I once gave the groupon elevator pitch to a relative who knows nothing about what's going on in terms of start ups or anything internet. His response was it was the the stupidest idea ever

More or less your on target, our rev comes from referral fees, which vary, and also monthly subscriptions from local Realtors who would "own" their market, similar to how they can own their market on Zillow or Trulia. Your are 100% correct
