with blood work, I had some symptoms as increased fatigue, libido gone and similar which can also come from extended calorie restriction together with intense excercise anyway, so its not necessarly keto related.

I had similar improvements without fasting and without keto. I do 16:8 on some days but it's mostly to help me manage my weight. I strongly believe most of the fasting benefits come from the fact that it makes managing weight easier. C

Yeah the classic argument, but at some point every internet connection becomes a shared medium. It really depends on how the network is setup and where the fibre backhauls start. If the building has older wiring which can only support 1Gbps

i don't think Apple is particularly interested in the low end Chromebook market. It has also been largely replaced by tablets and phablets and is pretty niche nowadays.

Well, chrome could certainly use more threads for all your tabs which might make it even more of a resource hog but probably also run faster. Software Engineering will evolve too, like we have seen in game development over the last decade.

4k120 is not really the standard in anyway. The newest gen of consoles do 4k30 or lower with dynamic resolution adjustments to reach 60fps in some games. Yes HDMI 2.0 supports 4k120 but no modern system can reach that in a modern graphicall

I bought a used Vega56 in 2019 for 180 Eur and just sold it for over 600, got a used 2070S for that money. Thankfully CPU prices etc seemed quite ok so I finally upgraded to a Ryzen system with a somewhat up to date GPU. Had no issues with

they listened to customers and reverted a lot of bad decisions from the past. What else do you want? That they admit they made bad decisions in what is essentially a sales event/pitch? This is more than anyone could have hoped for imo.
