YouTube changed to thumbs up/down from 5-star rating system many years ago like Netflix. They learnt most people either give it 1 star or 5 stars. It’s also hard to understand the meaning of 2,3, and 4 stars in the context of a video.

If you are a good at your job and want to deliver fast then you need to adapt to changing circumstances and continue on. Nothing wrong if you can’t but I have learnt that’s how you play along to deliver your best continuously.

Good read. Most lakes around southern India seem to derive their name from small kingdoms that once occupied the land. Many of them don’t have meanings and I’m not sure what they mean to further analyse like you did.

Rate of features added being high could be directly proportional to our code going obsolete sooner than later. Wouldn't it? I also understand that Rust is quite backwards compatible which is good but a planned better version of release

Rust is pretty stable. The point is that the work on Rust is happening so fast it's getting impossible to keep track of releases whilst making sure that your code doesn't go obsolete.
