Totally agree. PHP7's speed is awesome. And the service that the author points out (Laravel Forge) provisions VPSes with PHP7. The author is totally right about Forge, I have never EVER had a better provisioning experience.

They may have not had 'hard' problems to solve as part of their core app. But it seems as though, solving how to scale a CRUD app is a problem whose solutions are still being discovered.
