Its too early to measure. Agentic coding harness'es arent mature yet. People try different approaches (with sub-agents, or without etc). Productivity will likely increase in near future even if new LLMs will hit the ceiling.

It can be automated response. They use automated testing for extensions and they want to make it harder to guess how it works.

"Free" proxies are mostly misconfigured corporate private proxies or malware. Reselling them feels even more fraudulent than using them.
