I have to say it's the lab features. With all the cool addon features you can enable on the fly. Canned responses and Undo features is the top 2 I can't live without.

By end of the day.. just use whatever your comfortable with. If you want to experiment with OSX, just spec and build yourself a hackintosh osx86 with an apple keyboard. Once you get the feel of OSX and you're comfortable with the dev soft
