Ah. I understand what you were saying now. It does seem to make sense that pairing senior engineers together would not benefit a team as much as pairing a senior with juniors.

You are missing that saving a bookmark to the desktop does not provide a different instance of the browser when spinning up. It will just open a tab in the first browser it finds. Which is horrible if you consider something to be a core pie

XBMC has a solution for TV, but it only applies to your own hosted media. Take a look at PseudoTV. I was actually writing a similar plugin for Plex.tv last year until my client hours put that on the backburner indefinitely.
