I definitely agree that (in general) devs and mgmt do not understand one another. I think this is bc one practices abstraction while the other practices persuasion. I see these two forces as equal and opposite. A yin and yang kind of thin

As a developer, I’ve noticed a pattern: devs complain about too many meetings -> devs are left alone (aka isolated) -> devs complain about being left out of decision making process/chain of comm.

Agreed. Better to keep them corralled. Now that I think about it we did hike for 25min out to the plane crash. When we arrived it was full of instagram models taking selfies and wearing Supreme gear.. not really the kind of wilderness I was
