We made a similar switch over a year ago and have not looked back since. The migration was tough but once the bandaid is totally off it feels good.

The person is just pointing out a logical big-business reason behind the decision they are making. It is pretty likely that they did it for PR, and the lobbying will help that as well, even if it doesn't work. No one has to "suck
