Completely agree. The help in my local walmart is horrific. I have a running joke with my g/f that I feel like my IQ drops everytime I go in Walmart. As aforementioned - Amazon makes it SO easy!

Why dont you just build something with your knowledge (a fun side project) - forget the MS and taking a code course. You can't learn the in's and out's of developing in a language without doing it. So do.

I'm doing that - took a job straight out for 1.5 years, did a startup - didnt work out. Now, going back into workforce to save up some more $$ (for the next one :) )

It seems like you are writing a book about me. On the short: I hired some contractors through elance/odesk - this was NOT the right thing to do. They lack motivation in what you're doing. My advice: build it yourself, no matter ho
