   I think they just mean that recovering the account post-compromise was not possible because they didn't have 2fa already setup to authorize them as the true owner of the account, not that 2fa would've prevented the issue

   There are a small handful of statically typed languages on BEAM, gleam is the only one I've played around with but it's pretty neat

   I really don't think there's a problem with doing a job just for the money and going home, everyone needs to eat at the end of the day

   If you're a fan of the ecosystem, but not of dynamic types, there are statically typed languages on BEAM, eg Gleam ( https://gleam.run/ )
