Thats beyond ridiculous. Most languages when you are reading a line from a file, and it doesn't have a \n terminator, its going to give you that line, not say, oops, this isn't a line sorry.

Sometimes a framework will do weird things, like convert it to scientific notation, or round it, or add a ton of zeroes. Like BigDecimal in Java and Decimal in C#. They can sneak up on you.

Thats one reason I prefer small companies. Less bureaucratic BS, more accountability, etc. Sure there isn't as much room for career growth and other downsides, but much simpler.

Cubicles are OK as long as there isn't a lot of chatter, people being on the phone all the time, talking loud, etc. Though of course id rather be in my own room no doubt.

I agree. It would be so much easier if everyone had a government bank account just like a SSN, that they could use (or not use), and also have other private checking/savings/etc accounts like now if they wish. It would also help

Thats mainly a problem with the browsers, no? Not saying it isn't an issue, obviously the big ones are going to drive a lot of this technology, but you could still use something like curl or whatever.

Add along with that ranked choice voting of some sort. Of course, they'll never allow this as then they couldn't have third party candidates to siphon off votes off of the opposing party's nominee.

Ah I believe the confusion was thinking that 57 snapshots over said billion years would be enough to deduce the second. But instead they mean if you used binary search (or similar) across ALL of the images you could find it within 57 or so

I think it should be more like, try to separate "formatting" and other changes into separate commits instead, you know like ones that change the whitespace all around, and other layout stuff, so diffs of the actual fix are easier
