I'd come across a similar suggestion in a political context. Saying "we want a fair tax system" is meaningless, because any political party could say that. Saying "we want higher taxes on the wealthy to help the poor&quo

I had a similar thought a while back when reading "A Clockwork Orange". On page one the slang ("droogs", "horrorshow", "moloko", ...) is rather jarring and it's not entirely clear what it all means, but over time the meaning becomes apparen
