You don't. They are accepting $100 worth of BTC, converting it to dollars and giving you the dollars. They are basically operating like a credit card processor with a 1% fee, allowing you to accept bitcoin but operate in dollars.

Transactions via Square Cash show up as "transaction adjustments" in my bank account. It is possible that Square is using VPP and that is simply how Visa distributes the payments, but it seemed to be different to me.

Yeah, it's unclear what Square's responsibility is in this situation, especially since they are indirectly performing transactions on your behalf.

I imagine the same would be true for laptops then, but it doesn't appear to be. I guess people are just more used to the falling prices of computers than they are for TVs.

I have a Treo 650 right now, and it does have this functionality. Even though web browsing on the old Treos is pretty dismal, the older smartphones still set up a lot of the groundwork that the iPhone needed to be successful. And indeed

Arguably, the only reason why OSX could be considered the only system that test via virtualization is that Apple makes it illegal to virtualize OSX in the first place.
