But why start from scratch with a “Linux phone” when we can continue on the basis of GrapheneOS. The source is there and it works. Apps that require Google Play Service or some form of attestation will not run on a Linux phone either.

The way I understand it, Warp is just a VPN without the double proxy setup of Private Relay. Is there any commercial service similar to Private Relay? Tor is not great for day to day usage but a Tor Lite could be good enough for most people

Can an iOS dev tell me what data Facebook can gather if I install WhatsApp on my iPhone but disable every permission except the notifications and mobile data access? People I talk to and my IP address but what else?
