How are these firms able to buy at such low rates? I thought these loans were reserved for owner-occupied homes.

With a Tesla it’s only 20 minutes to get 80% charge. It would be more than sufficient to do the LA to SF drive. I’d imagine most people would want to stop at least that long during the drive just to stretch their legs.

That was the biggest thing I missed about Win7 when I switched over to OSX. However, there are several third-party apps that will give you a Win7-like window management experience. I use Spectacle. http://spectacleapp.com/

From a 30,000 foot level how does IFTTT and Zapier differentiate from each other? IIRC, Zapier is focusing more on business-related APIs but those are lines that I see eventually becoming very blurry.
