Yeah, I tried on an Intel MBP years ago when it was first launched. It was super slow, and I disregarded it. I just gave it a try on an M4 Pro; it's not instantaneous like Vimmium, but it is usable. I am sold!

It is possible to self-host it on GCS, S3, etc. We used to pay for their cloud offering, but using GCS as a backend was much more performant than using their backend and extremely cheap (a few cents to dollars per month).

My concern with this keyboard and others without F keys would be how awkward some IntelliJ keyboard shortcuts would be e.g: LayerX + cmd + shift + 9 to rebuild a file. There are much worse offenders I am sure.
